Welcome to FashionAccessoryUSA.com (hereinafter the "Site"). This Site is not intended to be used by individual under the age of 18. Also, all items sold at this Site are not suitable for children aged 12 and younger. By using this site and/or placing orders, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Site. Please note that we reserve the right to change, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time. For your information, the date of the last update of this page is posted with the "Store Policy" header.
1. Registration for your Login ID and Password.
- Registration is necessary to view your accumulated Customer Reward Points.
- Registration is not necessary to place order on this Site as there is an option, "Purchase without login/registration".
- The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel accounts.
- Inactive accounts will be deleted from our system on a periodic basis.
2. Order Information
- The Site is fully secured by SSL (128-bit encryption).
- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. A second email with your final invoice including shipping charge will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out.
- The receipt of the order confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
- You may receive a telephone call from FashionAccessoryUSA.com to confirm/verify your order.
- Most of the orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Exception applies to national holidays and special circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancellation of order or refused parcels: The cancellation on orders which are packaged or packaged/shipped will incur 15% restocking charge (plus round-trip shipping cost if the parcel is refused by customer).
- We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
We cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly
listed on our Web site. We apologize in advance for
possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts
to ensure correct pricing.
3. Prices and Availability
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.
4. Minimum Purchase and Discount Policy
- Minimum purchase of $10.00 plus shipping is required.
5. Payment Method & Process
- Credit Cards only (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover).
- Upon receiving order, your credit card will be charged for the purchased amount less shipping.
- Upon complete shipment of orders, the remaining balance will be charged/credited based on the actual shipped merchandise and the final shipping charge.
- The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorizaion: (1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
- Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the authority immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.
6. Shipping Policy
- Due to the various shape and the weight of the numerous items that we carry on the Site, we are unable to calculate shipping charge at the time of checkout. Based on the shipping method selected by customer, we will find the best rate among carriers, UPS and USPS, and the actual shipping charge will be added to the final invoice. Please note that we do not charge handling fee. Only the actual shipping cost will be added to your final invoice.
- Free Shipping promotion: UPS ground or USPS regular parcel will be used for the basic shipping method. Customer may select faster shipping method, in which case, only the difference of the shipping cost will be charged.
- UPS ground or USPS first class parcel is the basic shipping method for domestic shipments and shipment to Canada.
- US Postal Service is the primary delivery service for International Parcel. Please review the following options before you choose the international shipping method at the check out.
1. USPS Express Mail International: 3 - 6 days depends on destination country. Availability of Insurance and Return Receipt depends on the country. USPS/FashionAccessoryUSA.com are not liable for the lost packages that are uninsurable.
2. USPS Priority Mail International: 6- 10 days depends on destination country. Availability of Insurance and Return Receipt depends on the country. USPS/FashionAccessoryUSA.com are not liable for the lost packages that are uninsurable.
3 . Lost Parcels: FashionAccessoryUSA.com is not responsible for the lost/missing insured parcels during the transportation. In case of such an event that the insured parcel is missing or lost, FashionAccessoryUSA.com will submit the insurance claim for the customer. FashionAccessoryUSA.com cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and the FashionAccessoryUSA.com receive the fund from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and FashionAccessoryUSA cannot credit/refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the USPS shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.
7. Sales Tax
- California residents are subjected to 8.25% sales tax on the purchase made from this Site.
8. Return Policy
- We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
- All return should be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email the order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return to rma@FashionAccessoryUSA.com. We cannot process unauthorized returns.
- For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and please include the copy of the RMA email from FashionAccessoryUSA.com.
- Due to the nature of our products, all returns should be postmarked within 5 days from the delivery date to customer.
- We will issue a store credit or refund for defective merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy.
- There will be a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is not defective.
- All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items.
- All returns must be in original condition. We cannot issue credit to the return items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded.
- We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS/USPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS/USPS. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve claim process. Please refer to section 6: Shipping Policy for further information
